Our Missouri Concealed Carry Firearms Course exceeds all state standards required in order to obtain a Missouri Concealed Carry Firearms Permit (Missouri CCW).
There are 17 places that firearms are prohibited by the State of Missouri. Under the Missouri Permit-Less Concealed Carry Law, you can still be charged up to a misdemeanor for having a firearm on these premises by carrying the firearm permit-less. If you have a Missouri Concealed Carry Firearms Permit and carry a firearm in a location where firearms are prohibited, you will not have any criminal charges pressed against you. We recommend you bring the gun you plan on carrying to use for our Missouri Concealed Carry Firearms Course, if you don't currently own a pistol, a pistol and ammunition will be provided for an additional rental fee of $20.

- Any police, sheriff, or highway patrol office or station. (You can carry here with permission if you have a Missouri CCW.)
- Within twenty-five feet of any polling place on any Election Day.
- The facility of any adult or juvenile detention or correctional institution, prison or jail
- Any courthouse or building used by a court
- Any government meeting, including state legislature
- Bars (except owners). (You can carry here with permission if you have a Missouri CCW.)
- Any area of an airport to which access is controlled by the inspection of persons and property
- Any place where the carrying of a firearm is prohibited by federal law (crimes fall under federal law)
- Any school (including colleges). (You can carry here with permission from the school board if you have a Missouri CCW.)
- Any child care facility. (You can carry here with permission if you have a Missouri CCW.)
- Any casino. (You can carry here with permission if you have a Missouri CCW.)
- Any gated area of an amusement park
- Any church or other place of religious worship. (You can carry here with permission if you have a Missouri CCW.)
- Any private property conspicuously posted off-limits to concealed firearms with 11×14-inch sign with one-inch letters. (You can carry here with permission if you have a Missouri CCW.)
- Any sports arena or stadium with a seating capacity of five thousand or more
- Any hospital accessible by the public
- Government owned buildings except public housing.

Missouri Concealed Carry Firearms Permit Eligibility per Missouri State RSMO Ch. 571:
- meets the age requirement of 19 (18 for Active Duty Military).
- is a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
- has assumed residency in Missouri, or is an armed forces member or
- has not been convicted, or pled guilty or nolo contendre to any felony.
- has no weapons-related misdemeanor conviction.
- has not been convicted within the past five years of a violent misdemeanor.
- has not been convicted of two or more misdemeanors involving DWI or
- is not a fugitive.
- is not currently charged with a felony.
- has not been dishonorably discharged from the armed forces.
- has not been adjudged mentally incompetent within the past five years.
- has received the required firearms safety training.
- is not the respondent of a valid full order of protection.
Required Items for Missouri Concealed Carry Course:
- An External Hip Holster for your pistol
- 100 Rounds of Ammunition
- Ear and Eye Protection
- Extra shoes you do not mind getting dirty
- Appropriate Dress for the weather (We will have the class rain or shine)
- Pen and paper for notes.
