A Higher Caliber Firearms Training is owned and operated by Andrew Kenner. Andrew Kenner is a U.S. Army Veteran. He has served as a Watch Commander in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in one of the Detainee Camps that house Law of War detainees from Operation Enduring Freedom from 2017 - 2018. He has deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from 2011 to 2012. In August 2010 he served in Haiti by providing much needed security for relief and peace keeping missions shortly after the earthquake devastated the island nation.

Among other certifications, Andrew Kenner is also a Certified Vehicle Crew Evaluator (VCE). Andrew Kenner is responsible for the training and certification of U.S. Army Vehicle Gunnery Crews.

Andrew Kenner is still active in the military. He is currently assigned to the 1175th MP CO as a Military Police Platoon Sergeant.
